For first time buyers and repeat buyers alike, it’s my goal that you understand every detail of the contract, and every part of the home buying process. I promise to consistently point out both the pros and cons of properties, so you are sure to consider all possibilities for a property, and factor in any potential expenses a home may have. We’ll talk about the expense of replacing any aging items like roofs and air conditioners, consider floorplans and layouts to make sure they are functional for your needs, listen for road noise, and consider impacts that are personal to you. We’ll start our search as wide as possible and explore areas until the perfect home is found.
If you live out of the area or are busy with work, I can preview homes for you and report back with photos or video. Electronic signatures can be used to facilitate all paperwork as necessary.
